Enjoyment, the highest quality and craftsmanship are always the focus of our work.
Our range of frozen baked goods also includes a diverse selection of semi-baked rolls and small baked goods. Here, too, long and aromatic fermentation and carefully selected recipes are the order of the day. The products available range from traditional white sourdoughs to carefully-crafted special creations. The Baker's roll, Premium roll and the Kaiser roll are crispy white rolls and are great for breakfast or a snack. Our two-part Alsatian roll was awarded a gold medal from the German Agricultural Society in 2016, as was our premium baguette roll, which is ideally suited for sandwich making. Grain and seed breads and strong, dark rye breads are also a firm fixture on our product list, as are nutritional and healthy eating options that keep up with the latest trends and ingredients. Our protein bread is aimed at those following a low-carb diet, while our 'fitness loaf' and our crispy white chia-seed roll are full of healthy ingredients.
