The centrepiece of our frozen range is our baguettes. For this classic French bread, a loose crumb and crispy crust are vital. By keeping the crust-to-crumb ratio as low as possible, we ensure the maximum amount of crust, thereby giving our baguettes their characteristic aroma and taste.
